A workspace design with an institutional feel to the work culture within an industrial setup. The building is perceived as a celebrated landscape element spread across the ground to mark the expanse of the industry. There are a number of workspaces with varying characteristics depending on usability and function. Each of these workspaces has its exclusive courtyard thus allowing hectic work culture to relate to nature. All private spaces are joined together with a long spine that allows informal interaction to bring a level of informality to a somewhat hierarchical office structure. The entire building is based on passive design techniques while blocking the sun from the south and west side, use of indirect north light, and stack ventilation in the spine.
