A feasibility design study for established society members who vision redeveloping their old society block for want of better unit configurations and new amenities. The design was approached with a sense of educating the members with the added benefits of increasing their unit sizes by more than 35%.  Also, numerical feasibility was judged so that if the members built their own society they would need to require selling out the minimum number of additional units to make the project feasible. The exclusive 4-bedroom unit layout options have toiled between carpet areas ranging from 1800sqft to 1925sqft. They were organized such that most or all units faced the common open space to continue promoting social interaction among members. Cross ventilation throughout the depth of the unit was the highlight feature in the unit design.
